Positive (Self-) Parenting Through Divorce

"How do I maintain a good relationship with my children while co-parenting?"

"I am struggling with creating a new life after divorce...I feel lost and I am afraid to put myself 'out there'!"

"Help! My narcissistic ex is making my life unbearable. I feel so overwhelmed and hopeless on some days. How can I be a good parent when I'm so stressed out?"

My daughter is now 21 years old and STILL I feel that I am in the same space as you are right now: Trying to be the best parent and the best me while raising a child with an ex.

I separated from my daughter's father when she was 20 months old and it wasn't always easy to know that she was not always in the best environment while she was with him...or that we parented in a totally different way...or that she very much resented being put in this 'divorced parents situation'.

But I am very proud about how we managed, learned and grew through all these experiences...And I am very proud of the young lady my daughter has become! Her emotional intelligence amazes me every single day!

As a child psychologist, parenting and life coach and energy worker I've been blessed with more than 700 families in my (online) practice! I am now married, have a full and rich life and have 3 children. My ex also has another child from a new relationship and nothing fills me with more joy than to see my children play with him. This beautiful blended family, full of love and acceptance for each other!

It is possible and you are not alone.

I offer consultation sessions for parenting, self-care and re-building your life through Zoom. These consultations are not therapy but coaching sessions, so please read my Full disclaimer before contacting me.

We could work on:

  • managing your emotional reactions and reducing conflict with your ex
  • learning effective communication skills to avoid repetition of past arguments
  • supporting your child(ren) with the logistical and emotional challenges of two homes
  • implementing positive parenting techniques that support your children and you
  • designing a personal-care plan so you can experience less overwhelm, and more peace of mind

....or anything else you need while you are going through this important transition!

I understand how stressful and traumatic a high-conflict divorce and co-parenting with a difficult ex can be and the focus will be on moving forward and developing goals to support you and your children emotionally.

If you are sick and tired of getting nowhere with your ex and/or the court system, talking about change will not improve your children's social and emotional functioning, or your stress levels. If, however, you are ready to commit to an action plan for doing things differently, I can help you. Here's how:

Step 1Reach out through email ([email protected]). When  writing an email, please describe your situation as well as you can. Don't forget to describe your desired outcome of our time together!

Step 2. Make payment through this page.

The fee is €125 for one session. Payment is made online prior to our first appointment.

When you know that you will need more than one session, you can decide to sign up for a package of sessions and I offer a package of 6 sessions for €600.

Step 3. Schedule your session through this link.

Step 4: Take a deep breath in the knowing that you are doing the best you can and have taken action into a new way of being!

If you have any questions...don't hesitate to email me!
